About this Program
The Lawrence East Partnership Program (LEPP) is a collaborative community-based program. Using an inter-disciplinary model of care, LEPP offers residents holistic supports and services.
Scarborough Centre for Healthy Communities has partnered with Fred Victor Centre, Cota and Toronto Community Housing to support our community with the following team:

LEPP services are available to residents of 4175 and 4205 Lawrence Ave East however, some short-term supports are also available to the surrounding community.
The main LEPP office is located on the first floor of 4175 Lawrence Ave East in apartment 1A. Please drop by to learn more about our program.
