Welcome to Scarborough Centre for Healthy Communities
Client-Centred. Integrated. Engaged

UPDATE FROM THE INTEGRATION STEERING COMMITTEE
In May 2017, the Integration Steering Committee with members from Scarborough Centre for Healthy Communities (SCHC) and TransCare® Community Support Services (TransCare®) engaged Lough Barnes Consulting Group (LGCG), an independent consulting firm, to assess the integration opportunities between SCHC and TransCare®. The aim of this exercise was to explore opportunities for the two organizations to work more closely toward their common goals and continue to serve the community with high quality, responsive and innovative programs.
After careful consideration and review of the Integration Business Case for Scarborough Centre for Healthy Communities and TransCare® Community Support Services it has been decided that we will not be pursuing formal integration options at this time.
Both organizations remain committed to continuing to work together to improve access to services for Scarborough residents.
If you have any questions about the work, please contact Jeanie Joaquin (SCHC) at firstname.lastname@example.org or Odette Maharaj (TransCare®) Odette.email@example.com
